You will not automatically be put on any plan, it is entirely up to you to decide if you want to upgrade to a plan or not. You can try them out with a free 14 day trial and see the benefits yourself! You're also able to upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan at any time.

Our extra services help you get your money faster

Get paid sooner by allowing your customers to pay with a credit card

Your customers can easily pay your invoices by credit or debit card directly from the invoice. The transaction fee is only 1.9% of the invoice value + a flat €0.25 fee (for cards issued in Europe). You’ll only be charged once your customer pays the invoice.

Why is Zervant adding paid features to its invoicing tool?

Our mission at Zervant is to help entrepreneurs succeed, by helping them get paid faster for their work. However, in doing so, we must commit ourselves to a sustainable business model that guarantees that we have the economic opportunity to continue to offer our customers a well-rounded, functioning product. We will continue offering the basic invoicing functionality for free and thus you can keep on using Zervant even without subscribing to a plan. You can read more about our philosophy here.

I use Zervant’s Free plan. Do I need to do anything regarding the pricing update?

You can continue to use Zervant as you did before the pricing update. If there is anything that you need to do we will be sure to inform you. However nothing will change automatically, it is entirely up to you if you wish to alter your account (see more detailed information in the questions below). Learn more

What does the change to the number of customers mean?

As you probably know, you are able to add customers to your Zervant account, and then invoice them directly from the software.

With the revised Free plan, you will be able to create up to 10 customer profiles. With the Starter plan you will be able to create up to 50 customers. Higher plans provide an unlimited number of customers.

If you wish to stay on the Free plan, but currently have more than 10 customers, the upcoming changes will not affect you immediately. You will still be able to use the software as before, with all your customers. However, if you then wish to add another new customer, you will be prompted to upgrade to a higher plan.

What does “converting estimates to invoices” mean, and how does this relate to the upcoming changes?

If you send your customer an estimate for work to be done, and they accept, you can turn this estimate (and all the information it includes) straight into an invoice. This will save you time, effort and also ensure that the information on your estimate matches that of invoice. Starting from October 2018, this feature will be available on the Pro, Growth and Merchant plans.

I run a business that has several trade names. How do the new plans affect this?

With the Free plan, you are able to have one trade name (your company contact information) from which you create and send invoices to your customers. As part of the upcoming changes, if you wish to add more trade names to your account, you will need to be on the Pro plan or higher.

However, if you are currently on the Free plan, and have already created multiple trade names, you will still be able to continue using the software as before. You will only be prompted to upgrade if you try to add any more trade names.
